Samples


Samples are free of charge and are for your proofing and “signing off” on for production parameters. This includes the cost of samples and the normal mailing charges.

Custom samples are provided free of charge. This applies to the first set of custom samples. Additional sets of custom-made samples will have a $100 charge per design plus the cost of express mail ($250) from overseas. This is 100% credited against the first full container order.

Note: Sampling of custom items is complex and may require repeated sample making to achieve your approval.

GLASS AND CERAMIC SAMPLES
Reasonable request for glass and ceramic samples will be provided at no charge.
PLASTIC AND OTHER MOLDED ITEMS
Samples for these items require mold charges because the molds themselves cost several thousand dollars. (Whereas glass and ceramic samples can be done by hand.) If this is required we will inform you of any charges associated with preparing a sample so you can approve it before any cost is incurred.
