1 SOURCE insures its products with international marine insurance, which covers the goods from time of export to time of arrival at the designated destination. Since we ship direct to the destination of your choice, are usually not at the destination, it is the client’s responsibility to make claim against damage or loss in a timely fashion (usually 15 days), with proper proof and explanation of claim.
